Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Director to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is responsible for defining the long-term product roadmap, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact products that support business growth and customer success.
The Product Director will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to translate business objectives into scalable product solutions while maintaining strong market and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform product direction.
- Translate business strategy into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation.
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cohesive product execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and executive leadership.
Product Development & Execution
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints.
- Establish clear product metrics and KPIs to measure performance and inform decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to maintain strategic advantage.
- Ensure customer-centric product development grounded in data and user insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products at scale.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin, to effectively collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
