Job Description

Within our APAC Commercial Hub located in Singapore Leprino is seeking a Product Development & Quality Coordinator to move our organisation to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth throughout the APAC region! What You'll Do:

  • Support new product development projects with our Singapore Technical team and collaborate with HQ to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Build strong connections with internal teams and external customers across the APAC region to coordinate product cuttings and innovation projects.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and customer cuttings, document results, and share accurate recaps to advance approvals.
  • Organize and maintain melt simulations and internal records to ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
  • Provide in-market field support across APAC, offering detailed notes and observations that help improve projects and customer confidence.
  • Coordinate quality assurance by entering complaints into our Quality Management system, supporting root cause investigations, and drafting SOPs that improve outcomes.
  • Respond quickly to customer issues, collaborating with corporate QA to deliver solutions that restore quality and trust.
  • Partner with technical teams in our Singapore lab to test products, prepare samples, and run flavour and sensory evaluations.
  • Manage product inventory in Singapore, ensuring our stock is ready for upcoming events and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and support engaging customer events, including set-up for lab and kitchen demonstrationshelp us create moments that matter!

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Diploma or degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the food industry.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English in order to effectively communicate with international customers and the corporate office in the U.S.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Full taste palate and olfactory sensestaste testing is part of the role!
  • Ability to travel internationally for customer and production visits.
  • Current authorisation to work in Singapore. This role does not include expatriate relocation or sponsorship.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • A Master's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience with food preparation, food safety, and/or quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience in lab or factory production equipment.
  • Additional Asian language skills to strengthen communication across the region.
