Product Development Manager (Insurance, 12-month Contract)

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire an experienced Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of investment-linked life insurance products on a 12-month renewable contract.

In this role, you'll work across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, partnering with stakeholders across product, actuarial, distribution, operations, technology, risk, legal and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring successful execution from design through launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product launches on time and with strong governance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight gathering to identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Support product positioning, proposition development and sales enablement activities.
• Ensure product initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards while providing ongoing product support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in life insurance product development, product management or a closely related function.
• Exposure to Investment-Linked Products (ILP) is a bonus
