Product Development Engineer(ATE Test Program Owner)

Responsibilities:

• Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production
• Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods
• Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up
• Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature
• Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products
• Support qualification activities and customer return debug

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development
• Experience with ATE test program development – Advantest 93K, a must.
• Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python)
• Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS)
• Knowledgeable in statistical analysis
• Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
