Job Description
- Contribute to regional category and subcategory strategy formulation
- Develop tailored category plans aligned with market-specific needs
- Ensure high-potential categories are represented in the NPD pipeline
- Champion harmonisation of product pipeline across markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end NPD development
- Present commercial propositions to business units
- Strengthen product hierarchy and maintain centralised product database
- Drive insights on health & wellness trends for growth opportunities
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to ROI measurement post-launch
- Lead analysis of consumer, industry and competitive data
- Commission and guide category-focused research studies
- Support process improvement and harmonise quality management systems
- Prepare management and board-level reports and strategic updates
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- Experience in NPD, category/brand management, or compliance
- Regional exposure in consumer health, nutrition, or related industries
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
