We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to support the design and development of user-centered digital products. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about UX/UI design, problem-solving, and collaborating in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
- Support the creation of design guidelines, style guides, and documentation.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related internships/projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
