We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Product Design & R&D Director to lead our design innovation and product development team. This role requires strong artistic sensitivity, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform concepts into market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product design and R&D department, overseeing the full development cycle from concept to final production.
- Create innovative, aesthetically appealing, and functional product designs with a strong sense of artistry.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to guide new product directions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain and elevate the brand's design language and product quality standards.
- Manage and mentor the design team, ensuring continuous creativity and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design, industrial design, or related fields.
- Strong artistic sensibility and exceptional creativity.
- Prior experience in design leadership or R&D management roles.
- Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product aesthetics.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
