We're looking for a Product Delivery Analyst to join our team within the ME SCC, a structure created under the Infinity transformation to bring strategic clarity and execution discipline to portfolio management.
This role is responsible for ensuring SKU integrity, managing product lifecycle data, and maintaining accurate master data across systems to support forecasting, supply chain efficiency, and portfolio optimization. The role is pivotal in enabling smooth product delivery by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving continuous improvement in data governance.
Functional Capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to handle large datasets

- Familiarity with inventory management principles and allocation logic
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes and S&OP cycles

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Rationalization
- Execute portfolio optimization at ME level using the GSC playbook
- Monitor MC alignment with rationalization guidelines and propose SKU delisting recommendations
- Ensure new and delisted SKUs are integrated into all planning routines (demand, inventory, supply)
- Lead annual portfolio health checks and SKU rationalization (ABC/XYZ analysis)
- Track stock depletion progress against discontinuation plans
Master Data & Systems
- Create, maintain, and audit product master data in ERP/MDM systems (e.g., Product Cloud, JDE, Anaplan, Connect)
- Ensure accurate setup of new product development (NPD) SKUs, restages, and discontinuations
- Maintain product hierarchies (brand, category, segment) in line with company guidelines
- Develop and implement master data standards, naming conventions, and training documentation
- Conduct consistency checks between ERP and MDM systems to ensure product data accuracy
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to prevent forecast errors caused by data issues
- Support monthly S&OP product reviews, including innovation tracking and portfolio simplification
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage BI tools and validated datasets to monitor SKU performance (e.g., 1% SKU analysis)
- Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, SSOS, and gross margin per SKU
- Develop standardized frameworks and dashboards to support allocation visibility and portfolio health
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate lifecycle and planning decisions across MCs, Brand Owners, and planning teams
- Align with Sales & Marketing on portfolio changes and market relevance
- Work closely with Commercial/Marketing, Demand Planning, Replenishment, IT/ERP/MDM, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service teams
Change & Stakeholder Management
- Anticipate resistance linked to role changes and planning standardization
- Maintain visibility with Market Companies (MCs) on priorities and reinforce feedback loops
- Contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks and lifecycle planning frameworks
