Job Description
Collaborate cross-department to drive product and customer growth through:
- Research (Key collaborator: Business): Market feasibility studies, covering target segment pain points, competitor analysis
- Product Design (Key collaborator: Product Development): Identify improvement areas across the bank's product design, as well as competitors
- P&L Analysis (Key collaborator: Finance, Business, Credit Risk): Pricing & profitability studies to drive decision making
- Campaigns (Key collaborator: Marketing, Business Intelligence): Design data-driven campaigns, conduct campaign performance analysis and A/B testing
- Customer journey optimization (Key collaborator: Business Intelligence, UIUX): Identify and recommend improvement areas to improve activation, conversion, retention and cross-sell rates
Additionally:
- Track and monitor product performance across channels, markets & customer profiles, and develop insights on persona of customers and maximize process & profitability based on targeted customer segments.
- Draft & co-design new cash & credit product programs & new product approvals, by consolidating and reviewing inputs from Business, Finance, Risk (Credit, Operational, Fraud), Legal & Compliance and Operations.
Requirements
- At least 7-10 years of experience in the field of product management, ideally in the payments & banking space
- Experienced in both cash and credit products (trade finance experience a bonus)
- Great people skills paired with a high level of persuasive skills
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
- Highly motivated and adaptable
- Sound knowledge and understanding of banking and financial products
