Logic & Workflow Orchestration: Lead the architectural integration of open-source workflow engines to manage complex state transitions and long-running processes.
AI & Intelligence Integration: Architect a flexible framework for incorporating LLM orchestration and AI capabilities into the standard application development flow.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the platform natively embeds monitoring, telemetry, and observability into every application it produces, following Observability-as-Code principles.
Prerequisites:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 10 years+ software engineering, with significant experience in a Lead or Architectural capacity.
Excellent technical skills with proven experience in Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, Spring Boot, React Native
Extensive experience with RDBMS through JDBC. Proficiency in one or more of the following: MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or NoSQL like MongoDB.
Deep experience in Microservices architecture and Kubernetes technologies.
Proven experience in load testing, performance tuning, and penetration testing.
