The Role

We're looking for a Product & AI Strategy Intern to join our founding team and help build AI-native health products. You'll work directly with the founder and engineering team to prototype features, refine product specs, and run experiments that shape how clinicians detect cognitive decline.

What You'll Do

Prototype AI features

Evaluate and integrate LLMs (Gemini, Claude, GPT) for clinical workflow automation and personalized brain health insights

Own product requirements

Translate clinical, technical, and business needs into clear specs that engineers can implement within sprint cycles

Ship features used by real clinics

Work with engineers to refine UX flows, feature logic, and rollout plans for products deployed across clinics

Run growth experiments

Design and document experiments on onboarding, engagement, and retentionthen iterate based on data

Explore international expansion

Support early-stage research on SEA/China localization, AI stack considerations, and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

Technical comfort

You've built something with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) or can show product prototypes you've shipped

Product instinct

You can deconstruct why a product works or failsbonus if you've shipped an app, side project, or feature

Execution over perfection

You move from idea prototype insight without needing hand-holding

Clear communicator

You document decisions, experiments, and outcomes for async collaboration

Early-stage resilience

You define your own tasks when needed and thrive with rapid iteration over polished processes
