Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our product portfolio and support supply chain operations. This role involves demand forecasting, inventory management, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the product lineup based on market trends and customer needs.
- Analyze historical data using statistical tools to forecast product demand.
- Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and ensure timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize product profitability, reduce costs, and expand offerings.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating closely with suppliers and expediting orders when necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update the product master database to ensure data accuracy.
- Work with internal departments on product-related initiatives such as promotions, quality checks, and other activities.
- Compile and analyze product statistics to generate insightful reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Proven experience in inventory and supply chain management.
