Robinsons is one of Singapore's most iconic retail brands, with a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and customer experience. As we continue to grow our digital business and expand our own-brand Home & Living ranges, we're looking for a Product & Merchandising Specialist to help shape the future of the Robinsons brand.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing own-brand portfolio - from identifying opportunities and developing new products through to launch, performance analysis, and ongoing range optimisation.

Combining product development, merchandising, commercial analysis, and supplier collaboration, you'll manage the full product lifecycle while helping drive profitable growth across both new and existing ranges.

Working across Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia, you'll gain broad exposure to sourcing, e-commerce, retail trading, and category development while working alongside experienced retail leaders.

What You'll Do

• Identify new product and category opportunities.
• Develop and launch new own-brand products.
• Analyse sales, margin, and product performance.
• Help shape range, pricing, and assortment decisions.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to drive growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Product Development, Buying, Merchandising, Category Management, or a related retail role.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• A passion for products and understanding customer needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, homewares, home textiles, or e-commerce is advantageous.
