Assist Lead and Principal Producers in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing paperwork, tracking contracts, processing payments, and maintaining documentation in compliance with internal processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up on production matters.
Contribute ideas and support the development of concepts for shows and events through research and brainstorming.
Assist in preparing event proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and clients, especially for small to mid-scale events.
Assist in the casting process by preparing casting briefs, managing schedules, and being present at auditions.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Arts Management, Entertainment, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event production, show producing, or a similar entertainment-related role.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Effective communicator and collaborator, both internally and with external vendors.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and public holidays, based on production needs.
