Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for machine components and materials.
- Build and maintain a strong supplier base identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to ensure cost savings and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers on schedules, quality issues, specifications, and certifications.
- Manage project costings and end-to-end purchase orders with complete documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to support project timelines and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years procurement experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong sourcing skills required global sourcing is an advantage
- Technical knowledge of machine components is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
