  • Managed end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping coordination, freight liaison, and import/export clearance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supported international sales by processing orders, updating clients, and assisting with month-end revenue reporting.
  • Maintained inventory control and coordinated stock transfers between store and 3PL warehouse to support production.
  • Handled procurement of materials and consumables, including purchasing, quality checks, and supplier documentation.
  • Ensured compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
  • Provided administrative and cross-functional support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder or GCE O Level with at least 1 year of working experience related to procurement or shipping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
