Job Summary:

The Procurement Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for infrastructure and facilities maintenance projects. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services that support the organisation's infrastructure and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities related to infrastructure and facilities maintenance, including materials, equipment, and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs), evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as facilities management, engineering, and project teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to avoid disruption to maintenance operations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new products relevant to infrastructure and facilities maintenance.
  • Contracts Management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably within infrastructure, construction, or facilities maintenance sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good understanding of procurement policies, contract management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
