Procurement Senior Engineer

Job Description

PROCUREMENT

• Manage end-to-end procurement process and standardize processes, policies, and practices.
• Sourcing for new brands, and products locally and overseas & obtain quotations.
• Manage the entire acquisition process for new brands and products from sourcing, and negotiating prices and terms of the contract.
• Regularly conduct market analysis and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to address business opportunities and needs to drive value-add.

OPERATION

• Manage existing brands and suppliers and review existing merchandise to ensure competitiveness.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Prepare & process Purchase Orders and coordinate with Suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Provide logistic support such as goods shipping/receiving arrangement and documentation preparation.
• Work closely with relevant internal and external parties on daily basis.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer

Requirements

• Degree/Master in Supply Chain/Procurement/ Business Management/Sales & Marketing
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
