Job Description

Our client, a rapidly expanding global organization, is looking for a Senior Procurement Process Manager to drive end-to-end process improvements, shared service operations, and digital procurement initiatives. You will take ownership of designing and enhancing procurement processes, implementing and optimizing systems, and ensuring operational efficiency and excellence across regions.

In this role, you will work closely with finance and business teams, managing procure-to-pay operations and supporting system implementations, process digitalization, and broader transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain policies and processes for a centralized procure-to-pay function.
  • Build and nurture cross-functional relationships with business teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
  • Manage operational resources or shared service teams handling vendor management, purchase requests, supplier engagement, and policy compliance.
  • Continuously identify efficiency improvements, including evaluating and adopting new procurement tools.
  • Partner with finance teams to deliver actionable spend insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the procurement operations team to track performance, efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement and/or vendor management.
  • Experience in building efficient, centralized procure-to-pay processes.
  • Experience in driving and implementing change in a global organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
