We are seeking an experienced Procurement Package Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned packages within EPC / EPCI project environments. The scope of responsibility will vary depending on project requirements and may cover different mechanical and equipment packages across multiple projects.
The role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier sourcing and negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment in compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Manage the complete procurement cycle for assigned packages, from RFQ issuance to PO award and post-award execution
Develop and maintain procurement strategies, sourcing plans, and package tracking registers in coordination with project teams
Handle procurement for assigned packages, which may include (but are not limited to):
Valves (shutdown, control, safety/relief, ball, non-ball, check, DBB, SBB, special alloy valves)
Pig launching and receiving systems
Plates, clad pipes, helideck structures, and bearings
Cranes and material handling equipment (pedestal cranes, overhead travelling cranes, lifting tools)
Hot water calorifiers, circulation pumps, and related systems
Prepare commercial bid evaluations, lead vendor negotiations, and make award recommendations
Coordinate with engineering and QA/QC teams to ensure technical and quality compliance
Monitor supplier documentation, manufacturing progress, inspections, and delivery schedules
Coordinate expediting, logistics, and delivery to fabrication yards or project sites
Manage deviations, variations, and claims in collaboration with contracts and project control teams
Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and client standards
Report procurement status, risks, and mitigation plans to management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
At least 8-10 years of relevant procurement experience in EPC / EPCI or oil & gas projects
Experience managing multiple mechanical and equipment packages across different projects
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract execution
Good coordination skills with engineering, QA/QC, logistics, and project teams
Strong organisational and reporting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
