Our client is an US technology company engaged in providing hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. It offers integrated solutions and products that use data and information technology (IT) in industries & business processes.
Job scope:
- Manage purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely procurement processes
- Resolve GRIR discrepancies and manage invoice referrals
- Manage Build Plan and commit for Sales and Supplier
- Manage client's Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Forecast and suppliers commits
- Perform validation of shipment
- Participate in Purchase Order SOX testing to support internal compliance and control standards
- Back-up team members work task during their absence
- Any other tasks requested by manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or order management
- Familiar with SAP would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Please note that this is a 1 year contract (Renewable)
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
