Procurement Operations Associate

Job Description

We are looking for Fresh Graduates with an educational background in Supply Chain Management or Information & Communication Technology (ICT) to support ICT procurement and operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Procurement Manager in coordinating ICT tender projects, including timeline tracking, stakeholder communication, and responding to customer queries
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of support tickets, from creation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when required
• Generate, analyze, and maintain dashboard reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to management
• Compile, collate, cleanse, and reconcile data from multiple sources such as IT Service Management portals, GeBIZ, forms, and spreadsheets
• Provide administrative and operational support for assigned projects, including tracking, validating, and coordinating information from suppliers
• Support procurement operations by identifying opportunities for process improvement and potential value creation within ICT procurement activities

• Fresh Graduates to apply
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, ICT, Business, or related disciplines
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, ICT systems, or service management is an advantage
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
