Job Description:
- Obtain and review vendor-quoted item datasheets to support part number creation, under the guidance of the manager or superior.
- Set up or maintain vendor records in the ERP system (NetSuite) following approval from the manager or superior.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring all purchasing information is accurate and complete.
- Follow up with vendors on purchase order acknowledgements and update records accordingly.
- Proactively chase outstanding orders with vendors and update delivery timelines in the ERP system (NetSuite) to support project schedules.
- Assist with monthly inventory stock counts in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Review and validate invoices to ensure correctness of amounts, payment terms, and milestone billing prior to processing.
- Verify vendor sales notes against issued purchase orders and escalate any discrepancies to the manager or superior before forwarding to the requestor within five working days.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and vendors to support ongoing procurement operations.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate cross-functional supply chain activities and ensure end-to-end process coordination.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or any related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Procurement role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
