Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare, compile and submit tender documents, and follow up on tender submissions
  2. Assist in sourcing, reviewing and analysing tender opportunities to ensure compliance with requirements
  3. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. operations, finance, technical teams) to obtain required information for tenders
  4. Support procurement activities including quotation requests, price comparisons, contract documentation and record keeping
  5. Liaise with suppliers and provide administrative support related to procurement matters
  6. Maintain proper records and documentation for tenders and procurement in accordance with company procedures.

Job Requirements

  1. Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification
  2. Prior experience in tender, procurement or administrative support roles is preferred
  3. Basic understanding of tender processes, contracts and procurement procedures
  4. Detail-oriented with good organisational and documentation skills
  5. Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
