Main Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase machineries, goods as percompany needs
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries and settlement.
- Work with Inventory, finance & operations to align purchasing with business needs
- Assist in tracking sales transactions and monitoring cash flow to support smooth financial operations
- Keep accurate records of contracts, POs, and vendor info
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and spot cost-saving opportunities
- Stay updated on compliance requirements
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Willingness to work closely with the team and strong team spirit
- Analytical, organized, and able to handle daily procurement tasks efficiently
- 2+ years in procurement/supply chain
- Strong negotiator with solid contract management skills
- Good with people, details, and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office
