We're seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and supplier strategy for advanced compute and data infrastructure across global markets. Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end procurement strategy for GPU clusters, servers, networking, and colocation infrastructure.
- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization, ensuring efficient global operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to forecast compute demand and support timely deployment.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and data center partners.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance, providing actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years experience in procurement or supply chain within data center, HPC, or financial services sectors.
- Strong network in GPU, hardware, or colocation ecosystems, with proven vendor management experience.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts., with flexibility to travel regionally when needed.
