Procurement Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activities for oil & gas EPC projects. The role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor sourcing and negotiations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services in compliance with project requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.

• Manage sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes for materials and services.

• Lead negotiations with vendors to achieve optimal commercial and technical outcomes.

• Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to ensure timely issuance of requisitions and purchase orders.

• Review and approve procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.

• Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contractual requirements.

• Manage procurement risks, cost control, and change management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10-15 years of procurement experience in oil & gas or EPC projects, including managerial roles.

• Strong understanding of EPC procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.

• Proven negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple procurement packages under tight project schedules.
