We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activities for oil & gas EPC projects. The role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor sourcing and negotiations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services in compliance with project requirements and company policies.
Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Manage sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes for materials and services.
Lead negotiations with vendors to achieve optimal commercial and technical outcomes.
Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to ensure timely issuance of requisitions and purchase orders.
Review and approve procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Manage procurement risks, cost control, and change management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and applicable regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10-15 years of procurement experience in oil & gas or EPC projects, including managerial roles.
Strong understanding of EPC procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
Proven negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement packages under tight project schedules.
