Support procurement function within an organization.
Executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Assists in development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, and systems, while adhering to organizational guidelines and industry best practices.
Vendor selection, negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide efficient procurement support.
Market research, cost management, and compliance also part of their responsibilities.
Collaborate across departments and teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support organizational objectives.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Management or Director.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in ACMV / M&E / Construction.
Strong knowledge of ACMV materials, equipment, and construction procurement processes.
Proven experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
Good understanding of cost control, market pricing, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
