Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement function within an organization.
  • Executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Assists in development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, and systems, while adhering to organizational guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Vendor selection, negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide efficient procurement support.
  • Market research, cost management, and compliance also part of their responsibilities.
  • Collaborate across departments and teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support organizational objectives.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Management or Director.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in ACMV / M&E / Construction.
  • Strong knowledge of ACMV materials, equipment, and construction procurement processes.
  • Proven experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Good understanding of cost control, market pricing, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
