Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive cost efficiency across T&O
  • Lead category management and strategic sourcing to identify and engage high-quality vendors
  • Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding
  • Review and negotiate contracts to ensure commercial value and regulatory compliance
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of external resources in collaboration with HR
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and dispute handling
  • Handle accruals, procurement processes, invoicing, and payment approvals
  • Monitor spend against budget and support cost allocation
  • Establish and monitor internal controls across procurement and finance
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and digital initiatives
  • Advise business leaders on procurement decisions and vendor strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
  • More than 8 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and end-to-end contract lifecycle management
