Description

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team and manage our procurement operations across Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the organization acquires goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Prepare and administer purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support business operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prevent shortages.
• Control procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve supplier issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
• Prepare procurement reports, analyze purchasing trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
