Our Client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end procurement function. This is a strategic role working closely with senior stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, governance, sustainability, and risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage tendering, RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor performance
• Establish and enforce procurement policies, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve best value in cost, quality, and reliability
• Drive sustainable procurement initiatives, including green ICT procurement for data centers
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Senior Management
• Support enterprise risk management and internal audits/certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, managing complex procurement activities
• Experience in Data Centre infrastructure or ICT is highly preferred
• Strong contract management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office
