Procurement Manager (Contract Manufacturer / Electronics Manufacturing | MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Leading the procurement team to secure new projects by developing effective RFQ bidding strategies.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction programs to optimize the procurement process.
• Negotiate best pricing, terms and conditions, perform cost analysis and benchmarking management.
• Create, establish, implement and manage effective sourcing and commodity management strategy to ensure continuity of supply and minimize the impact of supply chain disruptions.
• Optimize and continuously improving procurement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce cost while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Estimate risks and apply risk-minimizing techniques to ensure Assurance of Supply (AOS).
• Ensure the commodity supply base adheres to company standards of Corporate Social Responsibilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering is a must.
• Possess 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Electronics Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturer Industry, minimally with 5 years managing supply chain engineers/team.
• Requires a combination of technical knowledge, cost management, project management, team management, experience in supply chain management, strong communication and analytical abilities.
