Are you a procurement professional who enjoys driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes We're looking for a Procurement Manager to play a key role in shaping procurement strategies, policies, and best practices while supporting large-scale technology and digital transformation projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop effective procurement strategies and sourcing approaches.
- Advise on procurement planning, contract models, and commercial strategies to support project delivery.
- Develop and enhance procurement policies, frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities from requirement planning through contract award.
- Design evaluation methodologies and provide commercial recommendations while balancing cost, risk, and business objectives.
- Support supplier engagement, market research, and vendor governance initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline procurement processes through automation, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to procurement capability building by sharing knowledge, developing guidance materials, and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, finance, and risk teams to ensure procurement compliance and governance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Law, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, policy development, advisory, or stakeholder partnering.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, commercial evaluation, and contract management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise across different teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in digital transformation, procurement systems, process improvement, or public sector procurement is an added advantage.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
