Procurement Lead

We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Procurement Lead. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's procurement strategy to deliver long-term value. The role will focus on category management and managing tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee category management, and tender processes.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives, including digital platforms and process automation.
• Lead end-to-end tender processes for high-value and complex procurements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Deliver procurement training and awareness sessions across the organisation.
• Present procurement updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience.
