Job Description

Objective:

Support the Project Team in ensuring smooth execution of merchandising and sourcing projects from quotation to delivery, while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project Support & Documentation

  • Assist in sourcing ideas and product references for client proposals.
  • Support price checks and costing preparation for simple or repeated items.
  • Review samples and artworks for alignment with project specifications and timelines.
  • Help arrange local/DHL sample shipments.

2. System Updates & Coordination

  • Update Zoho CRM for enquiries, samples, and order status
  • Support in tracking deadlines and deliverables, highlighting any risks or delays.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, logistics) to follow up on open tasks

3.Supplier & Operations Support

  • Help verify and compare supplier quotations (price/specs/approval status).
  • Assist in identifying new suppliers
  • Help compile supplier performance feedback and quality issues for internal review.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain processes (preferred).
