Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers, products, and services.

  • Monitor purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to meet project requirements.

  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.

  • Coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM matters.

  • Coordinate onboarding, medical examinations, accommodation, and worker logistics.

  • Monitor attendance, overtime, leave records, and employee documentation.

  • Liaise with employment agencies, dormitories, insurance providers, and relevant authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Maintain filing systems and document control.

  • Assist with expense claims, inventory monitoring, and office administration.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational records.

  • Support project managers and operations teams with daily coordination.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, Degree, or equivalent qualification.

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Foreign Worker Administration, Construction, Engineering, EPC, Marine, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries.

  • Knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
