Procurement Executive

Zagro is a Singapore main board public-listed company, strong in heritage and very experienced in providing Agrisolutions to farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry. It manufactures and distributes a wide range of nutrition and protection products for animal health and crop care.

PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Locate sources of supply for purchasing and obtaining prices
• Contact suppliers to negotiate, compare prices to determine best bids
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
• Prepare, review and process requisition and purchase orders for supplies
• Estimate quantities and determine present and future material availability
• Monitor inventory movement and ordering materials when necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably from manufacturing or trading industry
• Responsible, dependable and diligent in work
• Possess initiative, negotiating and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently and possess organizational and communication skills to accomplish goals
• Adaptable and flexible in accepting changes and responsibilities
