Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist in order processing, follow up on procurement procedures, source and compare quotes, and process purchase orders
2.Develop and execute procurement plans to ensure timely material supply and cost-effectiveness
3.Establish and maintain positive supplier relationships conduct supplier evaluation and management
4.Participate in procurement negotiations to enhance terms and secure more favourable conditions
5.Monitor market trends, promptly report price and quality fluctuations, explore new products, and support procurement decision-making.
Job requirements:
1.Good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources
2.Familiar with the procurement process, with strong cost consciousness and data analysis ability
3.Able to handle supplier relationship independently, with strong problem solving ability
4.Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and teamwork spirit
