Job Description
- Analyze purchasing data and evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Provide tender support for the Goods & Services category.
- Support the development and implementation of cost-effective procurement strategies, maximizing cost-reduction opportunities across procurement activities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Company policies, legal requirements, and applicable government guidelines.
- Develop, update, and enforce procurement strategy, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor vendor performance, conduct risk assessments, and manage supplier qualification and compliance.
- Participate in procurement-related audits maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of integrity and transparency.
- Manage contracts, including administration and dispute resolution.
- Manage digital procurement tools, with support from TGP, to ensure availability for procurement administrative work.
- Analyze, identify, track, and document G&S procurement requirements (spend and savings) in SAP and AGORA.
- Ensure pricing for all raw materials, STO conditions, and imported FDG is uploaded and maintained.
- Support the TUAS team in the transition to the Procurement Support Hub for Lubricants in the AP zone.
- 3-2 Hybrid week schedule
Qualifications/Experience required
- Candidates must be at least a Degree Holder.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement and sourcing related fields
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge in SAP and Procurement IT Tools (ARIBA)
- Good IT Skill set (Power BI)
- Good communication
