About the Company
We are representing an established technology organization with a strong presence in the region. As part of their growth, they are looking for a Procurement Executive to support sourcing activities and drive continuous improvement within the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for technology-related categories
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to meet business needs
- Participate in supplier negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
- Assist in supplier risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities
- Work closely with regional stakeholders, including the Australia team
- Contribute to process improvements and develop simple tools to enhance workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Singaporean / PR only
- Minimum 2 years of sourcing or procurement experience
- Exposure to supplier identification, negotiation, cost management, SRM, or risk mitigation
- Experience in technology category sourcing is advantageous
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn with a positive attitude
