Procurement Executive

Company Overview:
We are a Singapore-based interior design and construction company dedicated to delivering creative and high-quality design solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Procurement Executiveto join our team and handle both local and overseas procurement needs.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage procurement of materials, furniture, and fittings for interior design and construction projects in Singapore.

. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

. Evaluate vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.

. Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and manage inventory records.

. Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure materials meet project requirements.

. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

. 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience (interior design/architecture/construction industry preferred).

. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

. Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of procurement software is an advantage.

. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight project deadlines.

. Fluent in English Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with overseas suppliers.
