Job Scope:
- Support the project team in sourcing and purchasing equipment, materials, and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quotations.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to meet project requirements.
- Support the management and development of supplier relationships.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
- Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate products.
- Assist in equipment inspection, registration, and compliance activities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering and economics or any related field
- Minimum 1 - 2 year of working experience in similar positions.
