Job Description
Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and local statutory requirements.
Prepare purchase orders and liaise closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct cost comparisons to meet operational requirements while ensuring quality, service, and cost-effectiveness in the company's best interests.
Assist in sourcing competitive quotations from suppliers.
Assist in preparing monthly reports for management.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to justify purchasing decisions using data and figures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
A team player with the ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills.
