Procurement Executive

We are partnering with a medical company to hire a Procurement Executive.

Job Description

• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report & Forecast to MD
• Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and enure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased product, delivery informatin and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively upon request
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of procurement or logistics experience Service / Order Fulfilment
• Experienced in WMS, SCM and planning skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Customer-focused
• Detail-oriented and adaptable
• Able to cope with fast-paced and evolving environments
• Able to work independently
