Procurement Executive

Oneberry Technologies, Singapore's leading innovator in security and surveillance technology, is seeking an Inventory& Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

. Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with vendors.

. Maintain accurate and updated inventory records for both new and recycled equipment.

. Conduct inventory cycle counts.

. Account for and report inventory surplus, product returns, and any damages.

. Evaluate the cost movement of the company's products and assess purchase and invoice details.

. Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers.

. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

. Propose improvements to the inventory recording system.

. Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.

. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.

. Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.

. Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.

. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Personal Attributes:

. Knowledge of barcode equipment.

. Proficient in using PCs and inventory software.

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

. Strong calculative and analytical skills.

. Effective time management to meetdeadlines.

. Good written and verbal communication skills.

. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Requirements:

. Minimum O Level qualification.

. Diploma in Accountancy, Administration, Material Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relatedfield.

. At least 2 years of relevant experience.

. Data entry skills and a knack for numbers.

. Able to speak Bilingual or Multilingual languages as an advantage, as some clients are only able to speak Mandarin.
