Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support purchasing operations and ensure the timely procurement of goods and services in line with organizational requirements. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, evaluating quotations, processing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery schedules to maintain efficient operational flow. Responsibilities include sourcing materials and vendors, negotiating pricing and contract terms, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. The Procurement Executive will also assist in supplier performance evaluation, inventory coordination, cost analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple procurement activities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to support operational objectives and procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing operations, and supplier management

· Ability to source vendors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing effectively

· Familiarity with purchase order processing, inventory coordination, and delivery tracking

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures

· Knowledge of procurement systems, reporting tools, and documentation processes

· Strong communication and negotiation abilities

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field

· Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously

· Familiarity with cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency initiatives

· Strong reporting and documentation skills

· Professional certifications related to procurement or supply chain management are considered an advantage
