Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity objectives.
Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Lead supplier selection, RFQ/RFP processes, quotation analysis, and contract negotiations to secure the best commercial terms.
Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, process improvements, and market benchmarking.
Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify opportunities, manage supply risks, and ensure competitiveness.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and long-term supply agreements with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance, including quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost management skills with a tract, record of delivering cost-saving initiatives.
Experience in strategic sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, supplier benchmarking, and market analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple sourcing projects independently.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
