Procurement Executive (Marine)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including processing requisitions, sourcing quotations, placing orders, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs and support operational requirements
• Liaise with vessels, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and agents to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of supplies
• Support Superintendents in monitoring procurement budgets and maintaining cost control
• Execute additional procurement-related tasks to support team objectives

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of procurement experience in global marine supply management
• Experience within a ship management company is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities effectively
