Job Scope:
- Work closely with the Team Lead to analyse procurement data, perform data cleansing, develop actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making across procurement processes.
- Analyse user feedback and procurement data to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and areas for improvement, and provide practical recommendations for process enhancement.
- Assist in change management by coordinating user system issues and preparing recommendation reports with solutions for stakeholders.
- Review procurement documents prepared by Divisions/Units to ensure compliance with the Government Instruction Manual on Procurement and optimise the benefits of value-for-money procurement.
- Provide advice to Divisions/Units and affiliated organisations on procurement-related matters.
- Assist in reviewing procurement templates, forms, and reorganising materials on the Intranet.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a recognised institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in government procurement processes.
- Familiarity with the Government Instruction Manual on Procurement.
- Proficient in GeBIZ, MS Excel, and basic data analytics.
