Procurement Executive (Korea Market)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: Central Area
Salary: $3000 - $3700
Join a growing F&B group and support procurement activities for the Korea market, working closely with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing and supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies
- Source and coordinate with suppliers from the Korea market
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment across outlets
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Work closely with outlets to support stock planning and demand forecasting
- Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding pricing, product specifications, shipment schedules, and supply matters
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
- Collaborate with Logistics and Operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain activities
- Support supplier sourcing, cost optimisation, and procurement improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, International Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Experience in F&B, restaurant, FMCG, retail, or hospitality industry preferred
- Experience handling overseas suppliers and procurement activities within the Korea market
